Hennie Fyver has always had a passion for good food and a love for discovering unique flavors. His journey began with his mother’s beloved apricot jam recipe, which he made in small batches just for his family. After retiring, Hennie found himself with time on his hands and decided to turn his jam-making hobby into something more.
